3.Handling all statutory compliance with regards to PF,ESIC, Gratuity, MLWF and Employee Bonus.
4.Coordinating with 3rd Party Vendor for final payout
5.Taking care of the employee reimbursements, perks and benefits at all levels.
6.Preparing the yearly incentive scheme and working for Sales employees
