1. End to end website and marketplace order management
2. Maintain marketplace account health by tracking performance metrics
3. Co-ordination with marketplace ops/ business team for day to day ops / sale related issues
4. Co-ordination with internal team for day to day ops / sale related issues
5. Marketplace order payment tracking and highlight pendency to relevant team to close payment related issues
6. Creation of sale/ purchase order/ return order in ERP. Ensure timely inwards / GRN
7. Direct co-ordination with end customer for complaints
8. Develop and manage timely and proactive response and/or processes with customer service issues
Creative thinking and content writing capabilities.
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 4,50,000 PA.
